Chen Feng, Xu Zhen, Wang Juan and Xu Fang are all peasant women, doing housework and feeding chicken and ducks are the normal life. In November, 2011, they four heard that the formwork factory in their village would move away. After discussion, they decided to cut some pieces of wire mesh around the factory to make fence for feeding chicken and duck. On the evening Nov. 23^rd,2011, they arrived the west wall of the factory as their agreement, cut 26 pieces wire mesh panel of that factory, using pliers they bought. In order to avoid being noticed, then they decided to hide the meshes in the pond nearby for the meshes are so many, and prepared to bring after several days. But the workers of the factory found it and called the police in the next day. Getting the news, they went to the police and confessed. All the meshes they steal cost about 2,210 RMB.

 

Now the wire mesh fence had been installed back. And Chen Feng, Xu Fang were sentenced to pay 3,500 RMB, Xu Zhen and Wang Juan to pay 4,000 RMB.
