At 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, several workers begun to set up the barbed wire . This kind of wire was made of several strands wires, and many distant barbed on it. It was setting up between the trees and telephone poles, about 80 meters length. The workers told journalist it will need three wires to form a upright mesh fence, about 1 meter height. But journalist noticed that still some passerby drill through the barbed wire when it were setting. Until after 4 hour later that the barbed wire fence was done, it stopped finally.

Someone think it is right to stop people cross the street, someone express that the wire is cold and barbed, it is not comfortabel, if it can change another way or not? After all, no citizen want strangers to see barbed wire fence in downtown of NanJing. Even someone are afraid of the trees which the barbed wire fence setting on. Mr. Chen says: wires are easily get rusty, what should we do when the fence rusty? And can we change other more safety and beautiful fence to replace the barbed wire?
