So they are unwilling to stock the wire rod for the moment. That is a big difference opinion with past years. Before, people usually stock lots of wire rod by the end of the year with a view to a good market in the coming year. So the total amount of the wire rod is still decreasing.

 

The northern China is still in shortage of wire rod caused to a less deal. The previous good market in Guangzhou and Guangxi now lead to a weak market. And the funds for wire rod begin to transfer to the other lines. The most factories pay less attention to the change of the current wire rod price, because people believe the current market will keep stable till the end of this year, will not be big change. As the New Year is approaching, the current price is still high, no one want to buy. This situation comes ahead of the holiday. It is supposed to think the price would be great increasing after holiday, because of the shortage of the wire rod stock before holiday.
